Refund & Cancellation Policy

Money things should be boring and predictable. Here is exactly when we refund, and how fast.

1. If two payments race for the same day

Each delivery day can hold exactly one cake. In the rare case where a payment completes after that day has already been locked by someone else, we automatically refund you in full — you don’t need to ask, and we’ll email you right away.

2. If your payment fails or times out

You are simply not charged. Your cake and delivery day are released back for the next person, and you’re welcome to try again if the batch is still open. If an amount was debited but the payment ultimately failed, your bank or UPI app reverses it per Razorpay’s standard process.

3. If you cancel

Cancel up to 48 hours before your delivery day and we refund you in full. Closer than that, your cake is already in the oven (sometimes literally) and we can’t cancel it. To cancel, email hello@sihistudio.in from the contact you ordered with.

4. How refunds arrive

  • All refunds go back to your original payment method (the UPI account, card, or bank account you paid with).
  • Refunds are initiated promptly and typically reach you within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank.
  • We’ll email you when a refund is initiated.

5. Something not right?

If a cake arrives damaged or something else has gone wrong, write to us at hello@sihistudio.in and we’ll make it right.
